Before Bad Apple String Band wowed this summer’s Railroad Square Music Festival, they stopped by the SR Out There Welcome Wagon for an intimate performance. Thanks to Josh Windmiller and the North Bay Hootenanny for a great day:

About the Bad Apple String Band

Based in Sonoma County, Bad Apple String Band is a boot stomping helluva good time. Strongly rooted in Americana and Bluegrass music, the band kicks out their own version of acoustic string music with original songs and melodies that put smiles on their audiences’ faces. This is a grass roots band that started out in 2012 busking on the street and playing farmers markets. Look for this irreverent bunch at a variety of venues around Sonoma County in the near future.
